What types of mountain bikes do you offer for rent?

We offer the best specs of the top brands in E-Mountain Biking. Some of the models we offer are the Specialized Levo Alloy Comp and the Santa Cruz Heckler in C Carbon.
How much does it cost to rent an e-bike, and what's included in the rental fee?

Our rental rates vary depending on the type of bike and rental duration. Prices typically start at 140BGN per day, and each rental includes a helmet. We also offer optional add-ons such as protective gear, child seats and guided tours.

When making a reservation online you will be required to pay 30% of the total amount as a non-refundable deposit. This ensures that our bikes are always available for you and reduces no-shows.
In the case of force majeure circumstances, you can contact us for date changes or refunds.

NOTE: Guided tours need to be booked 7 days in advance.
Where can I pick up and drop off the rented mountain bike?

You are required to pick up and drop off your rented e-bikes at our store at Pirin 94 str, Bansko, Bulgaria.
Pick up times begin at 9:00 and drop off times conclude at 17:00.
Do I need to make a reservation in advance?

While walk-in rentals are available, we highly recommend making a reservation in advance, especially during peak riding seasons. Reserving a bike ensures that you'll have the specific model and size you desire, and it expedites the rental process on the day of your ride.
When making online reservations, make sure to include the Height and Weight on each rider in order for us to customise the set up and ensure the best experience for you.
Are there any age or skill level restrictions for renting a mountain bike?

We welcome riders of various skill levels and ages. However, we require riders under 18 to have a parent or guardian sign a waiver. For safety reasons, we recommend that riders have prior experience with mountain biking, especially when attempting more challenging trails. The region offers trails and scenic routes for all skill levels.
If you're a beginner, consider signing up for one of our guided tours or take advantage of our trail recommendations to ensure a safe and enjoyable ride.
